- At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field.

- An active entry-level clinical certification or licensure consistent with state-level regulatory requirements, such as CSAC-S.

- Attend required on-site staff and multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Timely and comprehensively document necessary treatment data in the electronic patient health record.
- Follow applicable regulatory and company compliance requirements.
- At least 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
- A bachelor's degree.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Teams, and Word.
- Prior experience with harm reduction.
