  • 4+ Years of HR Technology and Operations experience with Workday
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience (HR, Business Ops, Business Administration)
  • Familiarity with SOX Compliance

  • Manage all employee data changes and updates
  • Provide end user support for transaction processing and life cycle event management

  • Collaborate effectively across HR and non-HR cross functional teams
  • Support business process development, improvement, data management, releases, testing, maintenance within Workday and other HR systems
  • Serve as the first line of support for Workday System questions
  • Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of new functionality in Workday
  • Develop Job Aids and Conduct training sessions and workshops to end users
  • Handle basic System Configuration in Workday
  • Create and Load EIB’s as necessary
