- A completed degree in business informatics or computer science, engineering, or an IT vocational qualification; alternatively, an equivalent qualification gained through relevant professional and project experience.
- Experience as a Scrum Master in a Scaled Agile Framework environment.
- Experience developing, scaling, and orchestrating agile software product development processes across development, testing, release, and operations.

- Ensure transparency, meaningful reporting, and controlling.
- Identify and remove impediments within and outside the teams.
- Promote constructive conflict resolution and establish feedback and reflection practices.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, and Agile Coaches.
- Coordinate processes and quality standards and implement cross-team improvements at the Agile Release Train level.
