Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering is required.
  • At least 10 years of related experience is required.
  • Experience with hydraulic modeling software, such as Autodesk InfoWater, InfoWorks ICM, InfoSWMM, SewerGEMS, or WaterGEMS, is required.
  • Experience with geographic information system applications in water and wastewater planning is required.
  • A South Carolina Professional Engineer license is required, or the ability to become licensed in South Carolina within six months.
  • Experience planning, scheduling, and managing project tasks and budgets is required.
  • Experience in client development, sales and marketing, and proposal development is required.
  • Professional communication skills, including technical writing and verbal presentation skills, are required.
Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple project teams for municipal water and wastewater studies, including integrated master plans, water distribution and sewer collection system hydraulic evaluations, water quality in distribution systems, and asset management.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams.
  • Work with utilities to solve complex issues and develop capital improvement plans.
  • Develop project scopes and fees.
  • Support business development activities, including proposal development.
  • Work effectively as part of a team and independently.

  • Experience with statistical programming languages is preferred.
