Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 1-2 years of relevant industry experience
  • Hands-on experience with protein therapeutics and modern Developability assessment methods such as accelerated stability/forced degradation, polyreactivity, self-reactivity, HIC, SEC, thermostability, and CE-SDS
  • Experience with ELISA and MSD for running high-throughput multiplexed immunoassays
  • Strong record-keeping and organizational skills
  • Possess a can-do mindset for tackling the challenges associated with working in a dynamic fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
  • Performing standard Developability assessments according to established SOPs for assessing antibody purity, stability, tolerability and biophysical properties
  • Routinely performing diverse Developability workflows across all therapeutic programs with efficient time management and organization
  • Carrying out R&D experiments towards new assay development or methods optimization under the guidance of senior Lab personnel
  • Working closely with other Lab teams to coordinate sample preparation and hand-offs
  • Regularly documenting experimental methods and findings according to company policies to help author and review relevant SOPs
  • Contributing to internal software tools to automate the capture and analysis of instrument-outputted data files
  • Collaborating with the Automation team for the high-throughput scaling of established assays
  • Contributing to and/or presenting data at team meetings throughout the organization
