PMO Analyst - IT PMO
About the job
- Five years of experience in a PMO or Project Analyst role within IT.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with PMO tools, preferably Asana, including reporting and portfolio management.
- Experience in project compliance reviews, risk management, and process support.
- Advanced reporting and analytics skills using Excel, Power BI, or Asana Dashboards.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A bachelor's degree in IT or Business, or a related field.
- Review projects for compliance with PMO policies, standards, and stage-gate processes; conduct health checks and assurance reviews.
- Support Project Managers in adopting PMO processes, managing risks and issues, documenting lessons learned, and implementing corrective actions.
- Administer and manage the PMO tool, Asana, including configuration, user access, templates, workflows, and training.
- Develop and maintain PMO dashboards and reports for IT Management and Project Managers, covering portfolio status, risks, resources, milestones, and KPIs.
- Contribute to improvements to PMO frameworks, templates, and reporting standards.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or P3O certification is a plus.
