  • Design and implement data-driven paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads and other relevant channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends and insights, making necessary adjustments to improve ROI and achieve business goals.
  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns, including landing page creation, conversion rate optimization (CRO), keyword research, ad copy, and audience adjustments.
  • Oversee the EMEA paid media budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize impact while minimizing costs.
  • Conduct thorough market research to define target audiences and tailor campaigns accordingly for maximum engagement.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, and overall effectiveness of paid media efforts.
  • Work closely with the marketing team (field, global campaigns, brand activation, inbound) and other departments to align campaign strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with SDR teams to understand how to improve conversion rates throughout the sales funnel.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and paid media strategies to ensure the company remains competitive.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A deep passion for Paid Media, and a commitment to shaping the future of Digital Marketing in the era of Automation & AI.

  • Own Paid Media Strategy & execution in EMEA
  • Develop new Campaigns, Strategies and Channels to drive maximum impact and cost-efficient demand via Paid Media
  • Collaborate closely with Global Demand Gen, Brand & Campaigns, Growth and Business Development teams to ensure smooth cross-departmental collaboration
