What challenge awaits you? (Advised for Senior and Technical positions)
As a Senior Paid Media Specialist you will plan, manage and execute our EMEA Paid Media channels and campaigns, both on its strategic development and operative optimisation. Working closely with our Field, Brand & Global Campaigns, Growth and Business Development team, you will play a critical role in capturing digital Demand through our various Paid channels. In both managing and optimizing our evergreen campaigns, as well as creatively developing and testing new strategies, channels, approaches and tactics, you’ll make sure to stay at the forefront of what the Paid Media landscape has to offer and deliver high-quality, cost-efficient Paid Media results. Leverage, foster and further build our direct relationships with major Paid Advertisement vendors (such as Google and LinkedIn) to bring our Paid Media to a next level and support Bloomreach’ s ambitious growth goals.

Your job will be to:
- Own Paid Media Strategy & execution in EMEA
- Develop new Campaigns, Strategies and Channels to drive maximum impact and cost-efficient demand via Paid Media
- Collaborate closely with Global Demand Gen, Brand & Campaigns, Growth and Business Development teams to ensure smooth cross-departmental collaboration
You have the following experience and qualities:
Professional experience
- Digital Execution & Performance Optimization:
- Design and implement data-driven paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads and other relevant channels.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends and insights, making necessary adjustments to improve ROI and achieve business goals.
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns, including landing page creation, conversion rate optimization (CRO), keyword research, ad copy, and audience adjustments.
- Budget Management:
- Oversee the EMEA paid media budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize impact while minimizing costs.
- Audience Targeting:
- Conduct thorough market research to define target audiences and tailor campaigns accordingly for maximum engagement.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, and overall effectiveness of paid media efforts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team (field, global campaigns, brand activation, inbound) and other departments to align campaign strategies with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with SDR teams to understand how to improve conversion rates throughout the sales funnel.
- Support the rest of the Performance Marketing team in setting up demand generation and brand awareness campaigns across multiple paid channels.

- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and paid media strategies to ensure the company remains competitive.
