Requirements
  • 5-8 years experience as a customer success manager or similar customer-facing role
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage a large and varied book of business
  • Exceptional relationship management skills, especially at the executive level

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Prepare and lead strategic meetings with actionable outcomes
  • Align partnership activities with key business objectives and value outcomes
  • Act as the main point of contact and advocate for customers internally
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure customer success
  • Hold regular calls with customers to strategize product usage
  • Contribute to the customer's digital CX strategy and optimization roadmap
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to identify and drive growth opportunities
  • Drive renewals to successful completion and achieve retention targets
  • Lead ongoing relationships with Executive Sponsors through Strategic Business Reviews
  • Own the renewal process for 'low growth' accounts
