  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines). Advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in implementing technologies in a manufacturing environment, within the semiconductor or similar industries.
  • Demonstrated expertise in program management, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor complex projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and gain support from stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Technical proficiency in AR and VR technologies, including hardware, software, and development tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges in AR and VR implementations.
  • Passion for AR and VR technologies, with a strong desire to drive their adoption and impact in semiconductor wafer fabrication equipment manufacturing.
  • Change management experience, including managing organizational change and guiding employees through technology adoption processes.
Responsibilities
  • Requirements gathering
  • High value problem, differentiated valuable sustainable solution identification
  • Identify change champions, lead ongoing engagement
  • Hands-on end-user training / support to drive successful pilot use cases
  • Alignment with decision makers / executive leadership
  • AR/VR technology assessment and solution scoring
  • Create and refine AR/VR content for pilot use cases
  • Develop and qualify deployment model for AR/VR technology. Considerations include: Device locations and sharing between users as well as Solution architecture and integration with AMAT systems
  • Articulate and refine project/ program success criteria
  • Identify resources needed and project/ program risks through deployment phases
  • Document successful AR/VR use cases, communications strategy
  • Evolve AR/VR solution roadmap, incorporation into business processes
  • Demonstrates depth and/or breadth of expertise in own specialized discipline or field
  • Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services
  • May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity
