Requirements
  • BA/MA in a social science 1-2+ years of experience in survey research, project management or a similar role Experience with data analytics a plus Experience with survey research/polling and survey methodology a plus Strong project management skills Experience with lean or agile project management; experience with Asana or Jira a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets Comfort working in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment Low ego, consummate team player; comfortable working across departments and job levels Willing to take feedback, learn and grow; an ethos of continuous self-improvement
Responsibilities
  • Collaborating with some of the world's leading experts in survey methodology to understand project objectives, create timelines and manage the execution of initiatives within the Analytics and Data Operations group Collaborating on research operations, building systems and processes to field incoming requests, prioritizing individual tasks and track project progress Maintaining and scaling project management databases to help drive efficiency Creating and maintaining documentation, memos and project reports for internal and external audiences Performing such other tasks and duties as may be required or assigned from time to time in the Company’s discretion
