About the job
- Completed secondary education in a technical field, such as mechanical engineering or mechatronics.
- At least two years of work experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of painting technology and the operation of paint lines.
- Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, electricity, and electrical engineering, and the ability to understand and read technical documentation.
- Knowledge of at least one foreign language: English or German.
- Repair and maintain mechanical equipment in the paint shop, including hydraulics, pneumatics, drives, transport elements, heating, robots, and technological equipment.
- Maintain machines and equipment according to maintenance instructions provided by the supplier and/or manufacturer.
- Start up and shut down complex plants and more demanding machines and equipment while observing lockout-tagout procedures.
- Carry out electrical measurements.
- Record and monitor process, machine, and equipment parameters in the paint shop.
- Prepare assembly sketches, plans, and instructions for assembly and disassembly.
