Requirements
  • Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • Ability to communicate across all levels of the program.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum workflow and Kanban.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lead and facilitate all Agile ceremonies.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must have an active Department of Defense Secret clearance upon hire and be able to maintain it during employment.
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline with 5 years of professional experience, or a master's degree with 3 years of professional experience, or a PhD with no experience.
Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Agile team-level events, including planning breakouts, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, feature elaboration, and sprint reviews.
  • Report impediments, blockers, and risks.
  • Work with the Release Train Engineer to set performance and growth targets for teams.
  • Mentor Agile team members.
  • Participate in scrum of scrums, inspect and adapt, and ad hoc sessions.
  • Coordinate cross-team collaboration and dependencies, and report them to the Release Train Engineer.
  • Ensure teamwork, progress, and artifacts are transparent to stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications
  • SAFe Scrum Master certification.
  • Familiarity with Jira or a similar issue-tracking and Agile project-management tool.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile project tools such as Version1/Agility or Jira.
  • Experience with DevSecOps.
