  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Technology Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
  • Be able to work full-time during the internship period.
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
  • Support the development of product strategy, long-term roadmaps, and platform evolution to enable scalable, modern technology solutions.
  • Conduct user interviews, competitive research, and market assessments to identify opportunities and validate product direction.
  • Evaluate product initiatives through return on investment analysis, business case modeling, and impact assessments to guide prioritization.
  • Translate business goals into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with engineering and design teams.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies, help track sprint progress, and support incremental product releases.
  • Work with cross-functional partners in Operations, Technology, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment, remove blockers, and drive delivery.
  • Define success metrics and support measurement of product performance, adoption, and business impact.

  • Complete coursework or a concentration in product management, digital transformation, or technology strategy.
  • Have relevant prior work, project, research, internship, volunteer, or leadership experience in product, technology, consulting, operations, or a related business function.
  • Have familiarity with agile delivery and product development processes.
  • Have experience using data, research, and structured analysis to develop recommendations or support decisions.
  • Have strong time management, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Be able to drive results in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.

Acuity reports $4.6B full-year sales, up 7%, with adjusted diluted EPS rising 11% to $19.90

Acuity Inc. reported fiscal fourth-quarter 2026 net sales of $1.2 billion, up 3% year-over-year, and full-year sales of $4.6 billion, up 7%. The industrial technology company posted diluted earnings per share of $5.63 for the quarter, up 56%, and $17.05 for the full year, up 36%. Adjusted diluted EPS reached $5.77 in Q4, an 11% increase, and $19.90 for the full year, also up 11%. The company generated $826 million in cash flow from operations during fiscal 2026. During the quarter, Acuity received $44.9 million in tariff refunds and incurred $17.8 million in special charges related to product portfolio and supply chain initiatives. The company repaid $200 million of its term loan, increased its dividend by 18%, and repurchased over 940,000 shares for $287.2 million.
