Anaconda expands collaboration with Intel to give enterprises a secure path to production AI.

Anaconda expands collaboration with Intel to give enterprises a secure path to production AI. * October 8, 2026 Building on a long-standing relationship, resulting in more than 500 million downloads of Intel-optimized packages, the companies will further support AI builders as development moves from local devices to the data center and cloud AUSTIN, Texas, October 8, Anaconda, Inc., the trusted foundation for AI-native development, today announced expansion of its collaboration with Intel to make Intel-optimized software even easier for developers to access, install and keep current through the conda ecosystem. The announcement comes as the companies mark a milestone of more than 500 million downloads of Intel-optimized AI, ML, and Python packages, increasing speed and accessibility for builders worldwide. Enterprise leaders want AI systems they trust, with governance and security built in from the start. That's the standard Anaconda and Intel have built together. Today, that foundation extends to AI software development. As enterprises move AI from experimentation to production, trusted packages and models paired with the governance its customers' AI development factories require, is the foundation Anaconda and Intel will continue. "We've worked with Intel for many years to help unlock the power of Intel's hardware for open source AI, ML, and Python applications, and this milestone reflects the trust developers place in that work," said Seth Clark, VP Product for AI at Anaconda. "As AI moves from local devices built and shipped through Intel OEMs into the data center and cloud, we look forward to continuing that collaboration with Intel and supporting everyone who builds on those platforms." Additional details regarding Anaconda and Intel's collaboration will follow. About anaconda. Anaconda is the trusted foundation for enterprise AI. More than 1.2 million organizations, including 95% of the Fortune 500 and companies like Visa, American Express, SAP, UBS, and Boeing, rely on Anaconda to build and scale AI-native applications. Anaconda brings more than a decade of open source leadership to a single platform that is available across hybrid AI environments and cloud platforms such as AWS, Databricks, Snowflake and more. Anaconda's Kilo integrates Sign in with ChatGPT for streamlined AI development workflow

Anaconda's Kilo platform has partnered with OpenAI to integrate Sign in with ChatGPT, allowing AI developers to use their ChatGPT credentials to access Kilo services. The integration offers three key benefits: single sign-on using ChatGPT logins, streamlined usage tracking for ChatGPT Plus and Pro subscribers to direct their existing plan usage toward Kilo, and access to OpenAI models through Kilo's gateway. The feature works across Kilo's clients, including VS Code, JetBrains, CLI, Cloud Agents, Code Reviews, and mobile app. Kilo is an open-source agentic coding platform offering enterprises cost optimisation and security guardrails with access to over 500 models. Anaconda acquired Kilo in July 2026. The integration aims to reduce complexity in enterprise AI stacks by eliminating additional authentication friction for developers.

Anaconda named to 2026 Inc. 5000 amid growing demand for enterprise AI.

Anaconda named to 2026 Inc. 5000 amid growing demand for enterprise AI. * September 24, 2026 Recognition follows three acquisitions in six months that expand Anaconda's platform across agentic development, AI security guardrails, and production orchestration AUSTIN, Texas - September 24, 2026 - Anaconda Inc., the trusted foundation for AI-native development, today announced its inclusion on the 2026 Inc. 5000, the annual list of the fastest-growing private companies in America. The recognition follows the most significant expansion in Anaconda's history, with three acquisitions in the past six months to make Anaconda the platform of choice for building, securing, and operating AI at trillion-token scale. Through its acquisitions of Outerbounds, Kilo Code, and Enkrypt AI, Anaconda is closing the gap that once forced enterprises to stitch together separate tools for AI development. Kilo Code puts agentic engineering in the tools builders already use, with the freedom to run 500+ models and no vendor lock-in. Outerbounds carries that work from experimentation to production with governed, cloud-agnostic orchestration. Enkrypt AI brings security, governance, and compliance for models, agents, and MCP servers together. More than 1 million organizations running Anaconda now build with choice of model and infrastructure, security following AI across every layer, and cost under control as usage grows, pushing Anaconda's valuation to over $2 billion following the Kilo Code acquisition. "Every CTO I speak with wants their organization to run at trillion-token scale, while managing their cost, security, and data sovereignty," said David DeSanto, CEO of Anaconda. "Anaconda gives organizations the freedom to select the best models, control their data, improve model security, and control costs as they scale AI to work for them. Being recognized on the Inc. 5000 reflects the momentum behind our vision: AI on your own terms at scale, without being limited to a single vendor or surprised by the bill." To support this next phase of growth, Anaconda recently expanded its executive leadership team, appointing Stewart Grierson as Chief Financial Officer to lead Anaconda's financial strategy as the company continues to grow the Anaconda Platform, and Justin Farris as Chief of Staff to lead the newly established Office of the CEO. The Inc. 5000 list recognizes the most successful independent and entrepreneurial businesses, celebrating companies that have achieved remarkable growth while driving innovation, creating jobs, and shaping the economy's future.
