About the job
- Ongoing Bachelor's or Master's studies in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or related disciplines.
- Interest in risk management, internal controls, and governance topics.
- First experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI or SQL; knowledge of Python is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good English skills in speaking and writing.
- Attendance at a higher education institution is required.
- Learn and support the correct and complete execution of Vehicle Motion-relevant controls in accordance with central directives and standard work instructions.
- Support department colleagues in analyzing deviations and defining adequate measures.
- Document controls, identified deviations, and measures in the designated IT application.
- Support follow-up of measures and evaluate their implementation and effectiveness.
- Participate in continuous improvement and digitization initiatives in the Internal Control System environment, including supporting control automation by developing a bot.
- Analyze and visualize Internal Control System data using digital tools such as Power BI dashboards, SQL queries, and Python scripts.
- Support the Vehicle Motion Internal Control System Manager in governance topics, including monitoring activities and reporting; identifying risks not covered by centrally defined controls; assisting with root cause analysis and defining corrective and preventive measures for deviations; and maintaining Internal Control System knowledge platforms such as Docupedia.
- Execute additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- German knowledge is a plus.
