Requirements
  • Have 5+ years of experience building B2B or B2C SaaS products, preferably in fintech or the financial services domain.
  • Experience working with modern frontend tech (e.g. React) with a strong grasp on the fundamentals (HTML/CSS/JS) as well as building backend APIs with frameworks like Rails or Django, ORMs and SQL databases.
  • Enjoy thinking about systems and their life cycles, edge cases, interactions, and failure modes.
  • A growth mindset in your career & an extreme level of ownership over the work you do.
  • Strong sense of ownership and enjoy working on projects end-to-end in a fast-paced, high autonomy environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead & participate in building products end to end, from helping to scope projects to measuring their success and iterating quickly based on user feedback
  • Design, implement, and maintain the APIs & user-facing experiences core to our business and growth strategy
  • Debug production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack
  • Make effective tradeoffs between business priorities, user experience, and reliability
