Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is required.
  • Basic computer skills and working knowledge of tablets and iPads are required.
  • Working knowledge of laptops, G Suite applications including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Google Meet, and PC software including virtual meeting platforms is required.
  • Ability to follow written instructions and use computers and computer software programs is required.
  • Ability to interpret and implement verbal and written clinical protocols is required.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously is required.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients, co-workers, supervisors, and community members is required.
  • Ability to adhere to organizational policies and procedures and maintain client confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA laws is required.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with clients and internal and external stakeholders are required.
  • Ability to remain flexible and open-minded and demonstrate cultural competency is required.
  • Ability to perform physical activities including standing, walking, sitting, grasping, reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, squatting, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, hearing, typing, seeing, and writing is required.
  • Ability to use behavior management techniques, approved de-escalation procedures, agility, quick reflexes, strength, running, and physically evasive movement when needed is required.
  • Ability to lift, move, and carry objects weighing up to 75 pounds is required.
Responsibilities
  • Open and close the center when needed.
  • Greet new and existing clients and visitors, provide tours when necessary, and complete related administrative tasks such as providing printed materials.
  • Work with the Operations Director to maintain center supply inventory and ensure staff have the required operating supplies.
  • Ensure the center is clean, attractive, safe, and organized, and report facility concerns as needed.
  • Keep furniture and therapy equipment in good working condition and arrange repairs and maintenance as needed.
  • Maintain records to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal mandates.
  • Receive deliveries as needed.
  • Complete documentation on time according to established Centria procedures.
  • Report critical incidents and safety concerns in accordance with payor requirements and Centria reporting policies.
  • Maintain an environment that supports effective work with clients and delivery of therapy services.
  • Ensure required company postings are displayed appropriately.
  • Administer center operations and facilities management.
  • Partner with the Operations Director to ensure team members follow best practices and arrive on time.
  • Partner with the Operations Director to maintain effective communication with families and Behavior Technicians.
  • Partner with the Operations Director to keep client and Behavior Technician schedules current in the Centria electronic medical record system.
  • Answer general center-related questions or connect people with the appropriate person.
  • Ensure state and Centria guidelines and policies are followed and incidents are documented and escalated appropriately.
  • Complete required training and attend meetings to maintain compliance and technical knowledge.
  • Participate in the agency-wide Compliance Program to ensure services are consistent with each individual's authorized services.
  • Follow mandated reporting, compliance, company, federal, and state guidelines.
  • Report violations of company policies or the Code of Conduct.
  • Attend training and company in-services as directed by the direct leader and compliance teams.
