Ontic launches AI tool to reduce manual work for security teams

Ontic has launched Ontic AI, a set of AI capabilities integrated into its Connected Intelligence Platform designed to reduce manual work for corporate and government security teams. The new tools help security professionals analyse large volumes of information and identify patterns by leveraging connected data and operational history already within the platform. Ontic AI includes summaries of intelligence feeds and incidents, trend identification, plain-language chat queries, signal deduplication, and a copilot feature that surfaces relevant context during triage. Chat, deduplication, and copilot features will be available by the end of 2026. The system is designed to support rather than replace human judgment, with analysts retaining control over final decisions. Nitin Navare, chief product and technology officer at Ontic, said AI initiatives should start with operational context rather than the model itself. The platform connects people, signals, incidents, and investigations to inform security decisions.

Ontic launches Dispatch to unify physical security response with real-time coordination and defensible documentation

Ontic, a security intelligence software platform, has launched Ontic Dispatch, a response management solution for enterprise security teams. The product addresses challenges in physical security response, which is often managed through spreadsheets and siloed systems with limited visibility into guard availability and response status. Dispatch integrates guard dispatch and physical security response into Ontic's existing platform, where teams manage intake, investigations and intelligence. The solution enables real-time coordination of multiple responders, captures time-stamped documentation and links dispatch activity directly to incidents and investigations. The platform includes features for managing live and scheduled responses, measuring performance with SLA tracking and maintaining defensible records for compliance. Ontic debuted Dispatch at the Ontic Summit in Austin, Texas, from 23-25 March.

Covering more than 1,000 unique part numbers and major line replaceable units (LRUs) - such as the receiver/transmitter, antenna, control panel, mounting tray, and flat plate antenna - the portfolio helps operators and MROs maintain reliable access to critical radar systems that detect hazardous weather, turbulence, and wind shear. Primarily supported from Ontic's UK sites, the program supports approximately 170 operators and repair stations globally. Ontic's role in sustaining radar capability For Ontic, this agreement marks another step forward in its mission to sustain and extend the life of essential OEM technologies. The company's proven expertise in radar MRO, parts manufacturing, and lifecycle management ensures operators continue to receive OEM-licensed quality with rapid turnaround and responsive global logistics. Long-standing relationships with OEMs like Honeywell and Boeing, bring stability and continuity to operators navigating evolving maintenance requirements and supply chain pressures in avionics and safety-critical flight systems. "This expanded agreement with Ontic strengthens our ability to support a wide range of platforms with high-quality radar spares and broader aftermarket capability," said William Ampofo, Senior Vice President, Parts & Distribution and Supply Chain for Boeing Global Services. "Combining Ontic's parts and MRO expertise with Boeing Distribution's global logistics ensures operators and MROs have reliable access to critical parts and repairs."
