Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience working in NetSuite ERP, focusing on financials and billing modules.
  • Proven experience with Zone Advanced Billing (ZAB) or other subscription management tools. (Zoura, SuiteBilling)
  • Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles (e.g., ASC 606).
  • Experience with revenue automation processes and workflows.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate across multiple departments.
Responsibilities
  • Manage subscription billing and revenue recognition processes using a Subscription Billing module within NetSuite.
  • Monitor & support subscription lifecycle events (upgrades, downgrades, cancellations) and align billing processes accordingly.
  • Collaborate with sales and billing teams to manage complex billing scenarios (e.g., prorations, contract amendments, and renewals).
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual efforts in revenue recognition and billing processes.
  • Generate revenue reports to provide actionable insights to finance leadership.
  • Coordinate with external auditors for SOX compliance and revenue-related audits.
  • Collaborate with other Global Technology Solutions teams to ensure alignment, integration, and integrity of the financial systems.
