  • Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience with strong technical knowledge either Java or C++
  • Demonstrable expertise in low-latency trading, zero garbage techniques and performance tuning of OS & network interactions
  • Prior experience in leading global development teams
  • Previous experience in developing E-Trading trading platforms
  • Strong knowledge of FIX protocol
  • Strong understanding of automated testing techniques
  • Solid understanding of SDLC practices including Agile methodologies and Continuous Integration processes
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, set goals and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills with a demonstrable ability to present & grasp complex concepts in a multicultural environment
Responsibilities
  • Design, development and support of high-performance electronic trading systems
  • Partner with business users, quant researchers and clients on product development
  • Manage and support a global team of developers & QA specialists
  • Continuous improvements of SDLC processes including Agile delivery, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines & support processes
  • Envision, design and implement test cases for trading functions
