- 4+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong focus across the full stack
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong backend focus with experience in logistics, supply chain, or enterprise software
- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure, particularly Azure
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
- Build and optimize logistics applications with C#, Node.js, React, and TypeScript
- Develop features for real-time data visibility and automation
- Integrate ERP, telematics, and supply chain platforms
- Improve system performance, scalability, and reliability
- Work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
