  • U.S. Citizenship Required
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in organizational behavior
  • Master’s degree can substitute for five years of relevant commercial or government experience
  • Education must be from an accredited college or university
  • At least 10 years of relevant commercial or government experience
  • Expert knowledge in the application of organizational behavior assessment techniques including the use of surveys, interviews, focus groups and observations
  • Expert knowledge in techniques for the development and validation of survey questions and techniques
  • Capability to conduct statistical analysis of data and develop reports documenting the results and associated recommendations
  • Detailed knowledge of the Agency Missions, sites, facilities, operations, and organizational roles and responsibilities
  • Good understanding of Agency mission objectives and an ability to help line management identify solutions to complex problems
  • Demonstrated ability to develop reports and presentations (verbal and written) that are understandable to a management audience
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Adobe)
  • All ProSidian staff must be determined eligible for a “Facility Access Authorization” by the US Government’s designated Security Office
  • Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email
  • U.S. Citizenship Required
Responsibilities
  • Observe and report on the performance of Federal and contractor organizations’ implementation of security and safety policies and programs
  • Apply enforcement actions to contractor organizations for poor performance in adhering to legally enforceable security and safety requirements
  • Develop and deliver security and safety training programs that reflect best practices and lessons learned from EA independent assessments to enhance workforce performance
  • Provide general and cross-cutting support for the enforcement and training programs in the areas of safeguards and security; cyber security; emergency management; environment, safety, and health
Desired Qualifications
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including advanced Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word; proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (already in requirements but repetition allowed)
  • Core Competencies such as Teamwork, Leadership, Business Acumen, Communication, Motivation, Agility, Judgment, Organization
  • Security Clearance requirements for engagement teams handling sensitive federal engagements
  • Commitment to work with diverse teams to solve challenges across sectors
