Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience as a videographer and editor
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and social networking platforms
Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and execute compelling premium long-form and short-form video
  • Storyboard creative concepts and pitch to internal and external teams
  • Ensure cohesiveness of all content days through smooth communication with each project producer & team
  • Work in tandem with creative & marketing teams to create a variety of video content
  • Manage video content budget and attend meetings with label teams, artists, and managers
  • Serve as a creative liaison between the artist and production and maintain a strong relationship and creative vision with the artists and management teams
  • Keep up to date on video trends and changes in market conditions that drive new ideas for long/short-form content
  • Ensure compliance with SME regulations and current policy
  • Support maintenance of all department content documentation and manage all aspects of archiving content
  • Cultivate and grow a roster of reliable new and current music video directors
