- Ensure the technical condition, safety, and presentation of the rental equipment fleet, including platforms and vehicle-mounted, articulated, and spider lifts.
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance so equipment can quickly return to rental service.
- Diagnose breakdowns, intervene at worksites when necessary, and ensure effective, durable repairs.
- Ensure regulatory inspections are properly completed and promptly resolve observations raised in inspection reports.
- Plan and coordinate the workshop and fleet team's activities, including work organization, intervention prioritization, quality monitoring, and performance tracking.
- Support the team's skills development, provide training when needed, and propose appropriate training actions.
- Prepare quotations, manage supplier orders, and optimize purchasing within the annual budget.
- Verify the conformity of purchased parts and services before they are used.
- Schedule periodic maintenance and regulatory inspections with customers and monitor their completion.
- Maintain workshop tracking documents, including checklists, equipment records, and intervention reports, and produce regular progress and objective-attainment reports.
- Ensure team safety and compliance with hygiene, quality, and safety rules in the workshop.
