Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, with up to four years of additional qualifying work experience substitutable for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
  • At least one year of professional administrative or coordinator experience.
  • Knowledge of best practices in organization, administration, and customer service.
  • Knowledge of proper protocol for handling confidential information.
  • Skill in oral and written communication.
  • Skill in using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms.
  • Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, regulations, and laws.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining a commitment to customer service.
  • A valid driver's license is required; operating a state vehicle requires a valid Maryland Class C driver's license or equivalent with fewer than six points.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate NextGen Program activities and monitor the program's contractual performance in support of the Program Manager and Program Governance Manager.
  • Review and interpret complex requirements, conduct related research, identify anomalies, prioritize actions within the role's responsibility, synthesize information from disparate sources, and alert decision-makers to significance or required action.
  • Support the NextGen Program Governance Manager with contractual oversight of the concessionaire and the NextGen Program.
Desired Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, mathematics, economics, contract management, or a related subject.
  • Two years of progressively responsible related experience, including data entry, calendar management, document management, correspondence development, and financial administration.
  • Experience coordinating meetings and events.
  • Demonstrated experience with public-private partnerships.
  • Maintenance and/or operations oversight experience.
  • Knowledge of a computerized maintenance management system, such as Maximo, SAP, or QFM.
  • Contract management experience.
  • Smartsheet experience.
