  • 2+ years managing Enterprise AE teams at a high-growth startup or scale-up.
  • 8+ years total experience in SaaS sales, with at least 4 years selling into enterprise organizations.
  • A track record of hiring and developing top-tier sales talent.

Responsibilities
  • Hire, onboard, and coach a team of high-performing Enterprise AEs.
  • Drive a culture of excellence around outbound prospecting, pipeline development, and execution.
  • Own and optimize our enterprise sales process using proven methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.).
  • Partner closely with marketing, product, and customer success to drive pipeline velocity and cross-functional alignment.
  • Lead from the front — participate in high-value deals and strategic negotiations.
  • Analyze performance metrics, forecast accurately, and continuously improve the sales playbook.
  • Bring new ideas to the table, leveraging forward-looking sales tools and automation strategies.
