  • 0-2 years of QA experience in an agile environment
  • B.A. or B.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar engineering program
  • Ability to work across hardware, software, and network technologies
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, troubleshooting, and time management skills
  • Ability to interpret complex technical information
  • Process-oriented with ability to pay close attention to details
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, raise issues and take corrective action
  • Ability to make decisions based on test results to advise management and customers
  • Team focused, with a proven track record of thriving in a collaborative environment
Responsibilities
  • Understanding the functionality and system architecture of the product under test
  • Writing test plans and updating test documentation
  • Manually testing features/products, tracking defects, and following them through to resolution
  • Writing high quality bug tickets
  • Analyzing logs and data to identify the root cause of issues
  • Setting up and maintaining test environments and equipment
  • Triaging urgent issues, prioritizing accordingly, and proposing resolutions
  • Configuring, maintaining, and monitoring automation setups
  • Assessing risk and determining subsequent test strategy
  • Interacting with various stakeholders and other engineering teams to ensure the highest level of quality for the product under test
  • Other duties as assigned
