Qualification and Development Test Project Manager

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Function as a member of an interdisciplinary team capable of executing static, dynamic, fatigue, thermal and vibration testing on all of Anduril’s product lines
Coordinate Qualification and Development Test campaigns for Designs Under Test ranging from small integrated electronics systems to whole aircraft fuselages
Be the focal point for test planning, test site coordination, and schedule tracking.
Assist in defining and properly communicating instrumentation installation, data acquisition systems, Electrodynamic shaker operation, and associated equipment for vibration and shock testing.
Lead Test Readiness Reviews, assist in Root Cause Correct Actions (RCCA) as well as test reporting.
Travel to test sites as needed

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of professional experience in a related engineering field
3+ years of professional project management experience
Experience in an immersive interdisciplinary technical project
Familiarity with CAD platforms and the ability to perform CAD spins, familiar with enterprise PLMs such as Teamcenter or 3DExperience.
Familiarity with MIL-STD-810 and the associated testing
High competence with and fluid use of engineering first principles
BS or MS in an engineering discipline
U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export controlled data

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with the VR family of shaker table controllers and associated software
Demonstrated experience in qualification campaigns, and taking programs from cradle to grave.
Have previously lead test planning efforts, taking programs from prototype to Low Rate Initial Production and eventually Full Rate Production
Experience in NX OR Solidworks & Teamcenter
Knowledge of scripting language to develop automation. Python, Matlab, etc.
Ability to integrate electronic components into mechanical designs (motors, controllers, sensors etc.)
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI)

US Salary Range

$120,000—$180,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
