- Ability to work well under pressure, with adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy of numbers and timely delivery to key partners
- Ability to identify areas of improvement and propose necessary changes
- Comfortable communicating with Executive level decision makers
- Strong financial modeling skills in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with sales incentive software (CaptivateIQ preferred)
- Experience with Salesforce.com
- Partner closely with Sr. Manager of Commissions and VP of Sales Ops to develop innovative sales compensation plans and policies
- Liaise with sales leaders to ensure alignment of compensation plans with company strategies
- Manage design and distribution of compensation letters and plan documents
- Provide training and enablement material to sales management
- Maintain internal documentation on compensation plans and policies
- Be a trusted advisor across Airtable with cross-functional partners on sales compensation plan design
- Provide system requirements to ensure plan designs and calculations are built to specifications
- Assist with systems testing and payout calculations
- Lead and drive projects in sales compensation design and systems areas
