Requirements
  • Zero to two years of experience is required.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Ability to communicate with patients, providers, and coworkers.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize.
Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for providers.
  • Coordinate Cadence, Outlook, and Optime schedules for physicians and advanced practice providers alongside the division coordinator and existing team, including management of urgent patient requests.
  • Manage Epic baskets.
  • Serve as a direct liaison with scheduling analysts, Health Care Access, ambulatory locations, outpatient procedure locations, PAC, information technology, and other partners.
  • Contribute to Pulmonary and Cooper projects.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.
