  • 8+ years of experience in Indirect Procurement with a minimum of 5 years experience in sourcing professional services - consulting, recruiting, temporary labor, travel, benefits and financial services
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Deep understanding of best-in-class procurement practices including extensive end-to-end experience in Sourcing process, Negotiations, Supplier Analysis, Industry Analysis, and RFx expertise
  • Experience with Agile business methodology a plus
  • Able to travel as required
Responsibilities
  • Partner with key stakeholders and senior leadership to understand strategic direction, business objective, supply requirements, and priorities in order to develop and execute effective sourcing and demand management strategies
  • Build and manage overall category projects pipeline through category expertise and stakeholder collaboration and buy-in
  • Overall responsibility for developing, communicating, and implementing procurement strategies for spend categories
  • Achieve stakeholders business requirements using best practice to effectively capture value (i.e. cost improvements, risk mitigation, cost avoidance, process improvements, supplier consolidation)
  • Develop and maintain deep subject matter expertise and industry knowledge within the established portfolio set to provide insights that influence actionable outcomes, driving Drive sourcing best practices through cross-functional engagement
  • Negotiate supplier agreements with the appropriate commercial, legal, and risk considerations
  • Drive the use of new and existing supply market data sources in conjunction with best practices to improve current and long-term performance
  • Ensure stakeholders, team members, and suppliers are in compliance with all FBHS policies and procedures
