Basic data entry and keyboarding skills.

Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 pounds.
High school diploma or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Place machine-down and stock-ordered parts in assigned locations in a timely manner.
Assist the Parts Manager or Parts Location Manager with merchandising displays by delivering showroom inventory.
Verify the receipt and receipting-in of parts shipments.
Monitor shortages and expedite processing by reporting to the Parts Manager.
Assist in keeping the parts department clean and orderly.
Supply service technicians with parts as required when needed.

Desired Qualifications

A forklift license is preferred.

Purpose:

Performs customer service and stocking duties related to the receiving, sale, and delivery of parts and accessories that contribute to the efficient and profitable operation of the dealership.
