Responsibilities
Define the product strategy and execute the product roadmap for how the Platform supports critical loan originator activities during and after initial pre-approval.
Develop support for pre-initial disclosure fee structuring and package generation.
Develop support for rate lock management.
Develop support for contact management.
Develop support for service ordering, including appraisal, mortgage insurance, and title.
Lead cross-functional collaboration across initiatives when workflows overlap with other product lines.
Create a consistent experience across use cases for the primary loan originator persona.
Collaborate with engineering and product designers to build a scalable solution across customers.
Partner with early pilot customers to understand key requirements and manage iterative feedback loops.
Expand the LO Toolkit product suite to support initial pre-approval and the activities that advance loan applications through processing, underwriting, and closing.
Explore data connectivity and automation opportunities to improve loan originator productivity.

How Youll Contribute :
• As part of the overarching LO Toolkit charter we are focused on making our Platform the primary system of engagement for loan officers by powering the end-to-end workflows required to originate a loan entirely
• In order to accomplish this vision, we must expand the workflows supported by the current LO Toolkit product suite to develop the initial pre-approval and support the critical activities that allow LOs to advance loan applications through the processing, underwriting, and closing milestones
• In addition to building support for new use cases into the core LO Toolkit product, we will also seek opportunities to innovate on the traditional origination process by using data connectivity and automation to make LOs as productive as possible
