Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning working closely with the GTM team.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align on product vision and roadmap.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and ensure product-market fit. Also, share our roadmap with our customers and partners.
  • Create and refine product narratives that effectively communicate value propositions to target audiences.
  • Provide sales teams with training, tools, and resources to effectively sell the product.
  • Maintain clear and ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders about product updates and market insights.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles to enhance overall product usability and satisfaction.
