Salesforce Agentforce AI Lead Architect

As the Technical Lead/Architect for Salesforce Agentforce AI, you will be at the forefront of our innovative AI-powered solutions. Your primary responsibility is to own and shape the end-to-end architecture, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. This role demands a deep understanding of Salesforce platforms and a visionary approach to AI implementation.

• 8+ years of extensive Salesforce experience, with a proven track record of leading Agentforce or Einstein implementations for at least 2 years.
• Salesforce Application or System Architect certification is mandatory, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the platform.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce release cycles and roadmap, ensuring our architecture remains aligned with the latest advancements.
• Proficiency in conversation design, system integrations (MuleSoft or middleware), and data modeling for AI agents.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills to guide and inspire a team of developers and admins.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on performance tuning and optimization to deliver high-quality AI solutions.
• Ability to stay updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously enhancing our Agentforce AI architecture.
• Experience with field-level encryption, permission sets, and other security protocols to ensure data protection.

• Own and lead the end-to-end architecture for Salesforce Agentforce, including conversation design, system integrations, and data modeling for AI agents.
• Define coding standards, scalability guidelines, and security protocols, ensuring field-level encryption and permission sets.
• Align architecture with Salesforce release cycles and Agentforce roadmap updates to stay ahead of the curve.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions with stakeholders, translating business needs into technical epics for efficient implementation.
• Perform code reviews, optimize performance, and plan for disaster recovery to ensure the resilience of our AI systems.
• Mentor and guide both developers and admins, sharing your expertise in Agentforce best practices to foster a skilled team.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Salesforce and AI technologies, incorporating innovative solutions into our architecture.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Agentforce AI into our overall technology ecosystem.
