Requirements
  • A degree in Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language.
  • Good knowledge of the main social platforms and related management tools.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to read data and key performance indicators.
  • Creativity, precision, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and staff.
Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of brand compliance across all School communication activities, ensuring consistency with the brand’s tone of voice and guidelines.
  • Coordinate internal and external communication projects in line with the company’s strategy, supporting timelines, deliverables, and day-to-day liaison with suppliers and agencies.
  • Support the execution and coordination of offline and online communication activities to enhance brand visibility, ensuring alignment between channels.
  • Act as a key point of contact between the School and headquarters for the promotion of local initiatives on corporate social media channels, supporting content sharing and alignment.
  • Collect, organise, and contribute to the production of engaging content, including images, videos, and interviews, to support local social media channels.
  • Support the monitoring and implementation of social media campaigns, contributing to target setting and performance tracking in line with School and Group objectives.
  • Coordinate the day-to-day management of Istituto Marangoni London’s organic and paid social media activities.
  • Support the update and maintenance of the School’s website in line with UK requirements, assisting with content updates and basic competitor benchmarking.
  • Maintain and organise the School’s creative content archive, supporting the collection and development of new visual and editorial materials.
  • Facilitate the dissemination of approved creative content to internal stakeholders, agencies, representative offices, and information centres.
  • Support the tracking and reporting of return on investment for promotional events and campaigns, contributing to the optimisation of combined offline and online activities.
  • Assist in ensuring smooth administrative and operational processes related to communications, marketing, and events, including purchase orders, invoices, contracts, and campaign reports.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support the organisation and delivery of key institutional events, such as the annual IML Fashion Show.
  • Support the Sales and Recruitment teams with communication activities aimed at lead generation in domestic and international markets.

  • Previous experience within education, luxury, fashion, or design environments.
  • Italian language skills.
