Requirements
  • Five or more years in integration engineering, technical consulting, or implementation, ideally in fintech, payments, or software-as-a-service.
Responsibilities
  • Own the technical design of partner integrations, from application programming interfaces to workflows, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
  • Guide partners through integration with Pipe’s application programming interfaces from scoping to launch, while managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination across multi-geo rollouts.
  • Diagnose and resolve partner issues quickly, working with engineering teams when necessary.
  • Translate complex requirements into simple, actionable solutions that accelerate partner go-lives and revenue impact.
  • Act as the connective tissue between sales, product, engineering, risk, and compliance to ensure smooth launches.
  • Create and refine documentation, solution design documents, statements of work, playbooks, and other reusable assets that speed up and standardize future integrations.
  • Build confidence with partners by delivering joint test plans, data-share templates, Postman collections, and other technical resources that make integrations smoother and more transparent.
  • Earn credibility with senior level stakeholders by demonstrating both technical fluency and business acumen.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience supporting fintech or software-as-a-service integrations (payments, lending, or embedded finance) across multiple geographies, with exposure to localization, compliance, or payments.
  • US-based role with Pacific Time Zone availability.

Pipe raises $16M led by Fin Capital and MaC Venture Capital after tripling revenue

Pipe, a fintech providing embedded financial solutions for small businesses, has raised $16 million in a funding round led by Fin Capital and MaC Venture Capital. Marlon Nichols from MaC Venture Capital joined Pipe's board of directors. The company tripled its revenue in 2025 and nearly doubled it year-over-year in Q1 2026. Since relaunching its embedded financing product in 2024, Pipe Capital has originated over 15,000 advances totalling more than $300 million to small businesses globally. Pipe partners with companies including Boulevard, GoCardless, Housecall Pro and Uber to provide capital options embedded within business management tools. Twenty per cent of its capital originations now come from outside the United States. The funding will support strategic growth and progress towards profitability whilst expanding its partner network globally.

The deal expands global capital coverage, improves capital terms and provides greater flexibility on originations. Founded in 2007, Victory Park Capital is a global alternative asset manager specialising in private asset-backed credit. The partnership has been central to Pipe's growth since 2024, when the facility was first signed. Pipe has originated over $300 million in capital advances to small businesses globally since launching in 2024 and grew revenue by three times in 2025. The company provides capital access embedded within business management tools for partners including Boulevard, Housecall Pro, Live Payments and Uber. The renewed facility provides capacity to support Pipe's growth plans for the next three years.
