Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Orient, inform, and advise customers about the store and products, answer their questions directly, accompany them to the appropriate contact, and report their information and feedback.
  • Stock shelves and endcaps, rotate products, and maintain shelf attractiveness while respecting planograms and product quality requirements.
  • Validate proposed orders.
  • Apply personal, workplace, shelf, and product hygiene and safety rules, including product rotation, cold-chain requirements, removal of non-compliant products, and commercial regulations.
  • Manage and optimize inventory by correcting stock records, monitoring out-of-stocks, and maintaining the backroom.
  • Implement shelf and store layout plans.
  • Inspect merchandise deliveries and report anomalies.
  • Create visual merchandising displays for the assigned shelves.
  • Implement commercial promotions, including prospectus distribution and product highlighting.
  • Distribute and monitor the work of collaborators in one or more departments.
  • Occasionally replace the manager.
  • Prevent and reduce inventory shrinkage.
  • Manage inventory counts.
