Requirements
- Strong knowledge of soccer fundamentals.
- Experience coaching with demonstrated success at the middle school or high school levels.
- Passion for working with lower-level school athletes.
- Ability to balance team building with individual skill building.
Responsibilities
- Work with the current coaching staff.
- Provide on- and off-field training opportunities, including instruction and management of all players and goalkeepers.
- Assist with organizing off-field events.
- Communicate with players and parents.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Athletic Director.
