About the job

Requirements
  • Experience in product management, including leading product strategy for a B2B SaaS or platform product.
  • Experience taking products from early traction to repeatable product-market fit.
  • Fluency in product analytics and evidence-based decision-making.
  • Ability to partner with Engineering, Revenue, and Customer Success.
  • Understanding of how financial institutions manage document-heavy workflows, risk, and compliance.
  • Ability to distinguish real traction from noise using customer behavior, adoption patterns, and deal signals.
  • Ability to engage deeply with banks and credit unions to uncover operational needs and translate them into product decisions.
  • Ability to lead through influence, earn cross-functional trust, and keep teams aligned without relying on formal reporting lines.
  • Ability to turn strategy into deliberate workflow depth and reliable delivery.
  • Ability to communicate product strategy clearly to customers, internal teams, and executives.
  • Ability to connect product decisions to business growth and align capabilities, positioning, and roadmap with realistic revenue and pipeline expectations.
Responsibilities
  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for Encapture as a horizontal intelligent document processing platform.
  • Define product-market fit evidence and measures, distinguishing repeatable value from outcomes dependent on workarounds or heavy services.
  • Set competitive positioning against manual review and data entry, generic optical character recognition and intelligent document processing tools, point solutions bundled into core or loan origination systems, and business process outsourcing or consulting arrangements.
  • Align Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation teams on the product's target users and promised outcomes.
  • Partner with Revenue leadership to align product capabilities and pipeline assumptions with what the product can deliver.
  • Assess document-processing workflows across financial institutions, customer usage, deal histories, renewals, stalled opportunities, buying triggers, hesitation points, and perceived gaps.
  • Identify the document workflows most likely to anchor early product-market fit.
  • Create and socialize the product strategy narrative, product-market-fit indicators, competitive positioning, customer talk tracks, and discovery flows.
  • Align teams on priorities and defer unvalidated pursuits to protect focus.
  • Shape the roadmap around the chosen ideal customer profile and address early workflow, extraction and validation accuracy, data handoff, configuration, and integration gaps.
  • Define and test a first-90-days-of-value plan for Encapture accounts with Customer Success and Implementation.
  • Capture implementation evidence, including time to value, iteration cycles, customer satisfaction, and referenceability.
  • Ensure the product experience communicates workflow value, exceptions, data movement, and outcomes.
  • Track progress through repeatable wins in a defined ideal customer profile, renewal health, usage patterns, and deal predictability.
  • Maintain a roadmap that deepens quality in established workflows and selectively expands into adjacent workflows based on customer demand.
  • Validate expansion opportunities in adjacent document workflows or new institutional segments using real customer demand.
  • Serve as the central product voice for Encapture and clarify what the product is for and how it will evolve.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or another document-heavy, workflow-driven domain is preferred.
  • Experience with intelligent document processing or selling into banks and credit unions is a strong plus.

About the company

Continuous delivers a mobile digital-wellness service that sends AI-generated prompts to a user’s lock screen to encourage quick moments of self-reflection without opening the app. Users select topics or AI coaches, or create custom prompt packs, and prompts refresh over time to stay relevant. It distinguishes itself by not requiring app opening or engagement tracking and by using a large library of coaches and topic-based, auto-updating prompts focused on digital detox. The goal is to help people build a regular mindfulness practice and reduce digital overstimulation.

What believers are saying

  • The App Store listing updated April 2026 and June 2026 shows active shipping.
  • $4.99 monthly pricing sits below many AI coaching subscriptions, easing conversion.
  • Digital detox themes match rising consumer demand for notification reduction and attention management.

What critics are saying

  • Apple can copy lock-screen nudges and bundle them into iOS Health by 2027.
  • Monthly churn will stay high if users ignore random prompts after the 7-day trial.
  • Unisoft International's tiny footprint and single-company structure create an existential platform-dependence risk.

What makes Continuous unique

  • 52 AI coaches across 8 topics set Continuous apart from generic meditation apps.
  • Lock-screen prompts reduce app-open friction and make reflection habitual.
  • Quiet hours, custom packs, and user-written prompts create unusually flexible personalization.
