Requirements
  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in the government and/or private sector.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of relevant DoD Programs and platforms, related enabling technologies, systems integration, communications, software development.
  • Expert knowledge of the DOD Acquisition process and specific knowledge related to US Army programs.
  • Ability to identify, establish and use important customer relationships with senior level officials and program stakeholders within defense and intelligence community.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and scaling a business for the DoD, specifically within the USA.
  • Prior military experience (ideally USA) in CUAS, counter-air, Air and Missile Defense (AMD), SHORAD and/or extensive knowledge of government contracting and relevant Program Executive Offices (PEOs). The ideal candidate will have worked with U.S. Army programs focused on missile and rocket programs of record.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior executives and customers.
  • Demonstrated high-energy leader who will drive performance and exhibit strong management skills with a high level of emotional intelligence.
  • Must have an active US Secret security clearance.
Responsibilities
  • Assisting in the development of strategy and supporting operations within Anduril’s Air Defense portfolio focused on US Army rocket and missile related programs.
  • Growing Anduril’s ongoing US Army work from early engagements (Exercises, Pilots, etc.) to enduring technology programs and eventual Programs of Record.
  • Developing and maintaining close, trusted partner relationships with offices of senior military and civilian US Government customers, current and prospective customers, as well as industry partners and suppliers.
  • Leading initiatives that move the organization forward, contributing to business and financial performance.
  • Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with customers to identify new business opportunities, proactively communicate and resolve program issues, and provide strategic direction to program teams.
  • Adapting to the evolving industry and customer needs and translating to an executable business plan.
  • Providing guidance, advice, and support to the leadership team regarding business investments and priorities.
