Responsibilities
  • Research trends and brainstorm creative video concepts that align with Cirkul’s brand and campaign goals.
  • Deliver multiple video ad variations weekly optimized for performance.
  • Build upon what’s working by analyzing performance metrics to identify creative learnings, iterate, and guide future content creation.
  • Edit content while ensuring platform-specific best practices for Meta & TikTok.
  • Own video concepts from concept to delivery.
  • Review briefs and collaborate with your team members to align on weekly content goals and priorities.
  • Make quick, informed decisions to keep the production process efficient and on schedule.
  • Determine the best talent, locations, and creative approaches that align with the brief and brand standards, balancing budget considerations and creative needs.
  • Work with our internal content team (videographers, editors, & producers) to create performance driven paid social ad content.
  • Collaborate with your team for feedback and make necessary revisions to ensure the content meets Cirkul’s quality standards.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with UGC creators and on-camera talent, providing clear direction.
  • Deliver projects on time, every time.
  • Maintain open communication with stakeholders and ensure transparency on project timelines.
  • Uphold Cirkul’s brand standards and performance-driven creative ethos.
  • Keep the end consumer in mind at every stage by understanding how to grab attention, communicate benefits, and drive conversions.
  • Use data and feedback to refine content creation strategy for future ads.
