Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Willingness to become CPR/AED certified, with training provided by Planet Fitness.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Ability to stand and move continually throughout the club during shifts.
  • Ability to communicate continually in person or by phone.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
  • Ability to work around toxic chemicals during shifts.
  • Ability to clean and sanitize equipment and facilities frequently.
  • Ability to bend and twist and move into different positions to accomplish tasks.
Responsibilities
  • Provide a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests while ensuring an exceptional member experience.
  • Greet members and guests as they enter and exit the club and assist with questions or concerns during check-in.
  • Promote the Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members on the club floor, offering assistance, supporting their fitness journeys, and upholding club policies.
  • Resolve member concerns and escalate them to a manager as needed.
  • Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries.
  • Perform membership functions including sign-ups, contact and billing information updates, cancellations, collection of unpaid balances, and membership transfers.
  • Make calls to prospective members and conduct tours while assessing their membership needs.
  • Execute retail transactions accurately and support sales goals.
  • Clean and sanitize exercise equipment, Black Card spa amenities, communal spaces, and assigned areas regularly.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms and keep them stocked and clutter-free according to the routine cleaning schedule.
  • Conduct comprehensive walks of club areas, promptly correct safety or policy issues, and address cleanliness concerns.
  • Promptly address maintenance and facility concerns, including broken or missing equipment, dispensers, leaky faucets, and fixtures.
  • Follow applicable health and safety policies and protocols, report unsafe conditions or at-risk behaviors, and work safely.

UBS noted stronger September membership trends and early October momentum tied to the fall promotion, which offers $1 down and $10 per month. Concerns remain that easier cancellations and low-cost rivals could raise churn and limit pricing power. Simply Wall St's narrative projects revenue of $1.7 billion and earnings of $345.5 million by 2029, up from $237.9 million today. That implies 10.1% yearly revenue growth and a fair value of $66.31, 38% above the current price. Lower-ranked analysts are more cautious. They expect earnings of about $288 million by 2029.
