  • You have experience deploying, operating, and being on call for at least one medium-to-large Rails application in production.
  • You are comfortable with DevOps and debugging production incidents.
  • You have experience with clean code, small methods, clear naming, and single responsibility.
Responsibilities
  • Review code produced by AI agents for correctness, maintainability, security, and adherence to company standards.
  • Define and evolve the application architecture, module boundaries, and system design principles that AI agents follow.
  • Write architectural decision records, coding standards, and agent instructions that shape how code gets generated.

  • Experience with React, Tailwind, Stimulus, Turbo, or Hotwire.
  • Experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot.

About the company

Superconductor is a cloud platform that lets software teams run multiple AI coding agents in parallel on the same project, compare their results side by side, and ship the best implementation. Each agent runs in an isolated cloud workspace; it supports providers like Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, and Google Gemini and provides live previews for testing. Users review agent changes with a built-in diff viewer, iterate with chat, and can generate a GitHub pull request or trigger work from Slack and PR comments. The goal is to speed up coding decisions by exploring several AI-generated solutions in parallel while staying secure and integrated with existing development workflows.

Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • June 2026 launches added network sandboxing, Slack integrations, and recurring automations.
  • September 2026 security docs promise AWS isolation, AES-256 encryption, RBAC, and no model training.
  • Volition kept hiring in February 2026, signaling continued product expansion and cash discipline.

What critics are saying

  • Superconductor depends on third-party agents and APIs; provider pricing or policy shifts hit margins.
  • GitHub-only support in 2026 blocks enterprises standardized on GitLab, Bitbucket, or Azure DevOps.
  • If OpenAI, Anthropic, or Cursor bundles parallel-agent workflows, Superconductor's wedge erodes fast.

What makes Superconductor unique

  • Volition's Superconductor runs unlimited parallel agents on one ticket, unlike Devin's cap.
  • Superconductor supports Claude Code, Codex CLI, Amp, Grok Build, Cursor, and more.
  • Live app previews and guided review compress validation before GitHub pull request merging.
