Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, statistics, finance or a related field
  • 4+ years experience in a mobile media buying position on major advertising platforms
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Experience managing large monthly budgets
  • Past experience working with outside contractors and creative agencies
  • Thorough understanding of the impact of upcoming privacy changes on mobile tracking
  • A/B testing creative and app store assets
  • Strong proficiency with Excel required, SQL is a plus
  • Experience with various market research data services
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hybrid environment
  • Experience working on cross-functional teams
  • Experience working with MMP (Singular, Adjust and Appsflyer) and knowledge around Apple SKAN protocols is a bonus
Responsibilities
  • Craft and implement comprehensive user acquisition strategies across multiple channels
  • Lead and optimize large marketing budgets
  • Troubleshoot any data anomalies or tracking issues with marketing partners
  • Work with external creative agencies to build out performance marketing creative
  • Collaborate with our data science team to enhance UA reporting
  • Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends and measure campaign performance
  • Collaborate closely with product marketing, marketing, and analytics teams
  • Communicate weekly with leadership to present insights, recommendations, and campaign results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members and stakeholders
  • Required in-office 2 days on Monday and Wednesday
