As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The position demands continuous alignment of software solutions with evolving business goals, fostering collaboration among team members, and driving the delivery of scalable and efficient systems. The lead actively monitors progress, addresses challenges, and facilitates communication across various stakeholders to maintain project momentum and quality.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Establish and enforce development standards to maintain code quality and system performance.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Strong experience in software architecture design and implementation.
- Ability to lead and coordinate software development teams effectively.
- Familiarity with best practices in code quality, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Experience in managing the full software development lifecycle from concept to deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative technical solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at the client onsite location within India.
