Requirements
  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training as a forwarding and logistics clerk.
  • Experience in logistics and shipping is desirable.
  • Initial experience in material disposition is required.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and experience with inventory management systems are required.
  • Fluent communication skills in German and basic English knowledge are required.
  • A structured working method and ability to work in a team are required.
Responsibilities
  • Create picking lists, delivery notes, and forwarding orders using the enterprise resource planning system.
  • Calculate freight charges according to internal guidelines using cost-benefit analysis.
  • Register goods for shipment with freight forwarders.
  • Check inventory levels in the enterprise resource planning system.
  • Conduct and assist with inventories.
  • Check and file delivery notes and invoices.
  • Communicate with adjacent departments, customers, and freight forwarders.
