- Fluency in the B2B software and technology landscape, with an ability to identify what makes research and intelligence valuable to sophisticated investors.
- Commercial fluency, including comfort owning a P&L and speaking credibly with fund managing partners and C-suite clients.
- Proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams from the ground up.
- Own the research and content engine that powers Dedale's platform.
- Build, grow, and coach the team producing platform content.
- Set the intellectual and editorial standard for the entire platform.
- Originate content and intelligence angles ahead of the category and advance expectations for research platforms.
- Lead the application of AI to platform research.
- Own full P&L accountability for the platform.
- Partner with the Growth/Executive team on renewals and expansion.
- Translate signals from Customer Success, Commercial, and client demand into a prioritized strategic roadmap.
- Represent the client internally, ensuring the platform's content and product evolve to meet sophisticated private equity and M&A client demands.
- Launch and lead the Corporate Cluster, Dedale's dedicated offering for corporate clients, owning its strategy, build-out, go-to-market, and P&L while coordinating delivery across Research, Commercial, Content, and Data.
- Support the strategic development of the platform with the founders and leadership team, building sustainable differentiation in the market.
