Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • Valid driver's license for at least one year (this does not include a temporary license)
  • At least 18 Years of age
  • Ability to sit and/or stand through an entire shift
  • Professional appearance
  • Perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, walking, and jogging
  • Strong communication skills
  • DashCams: Citrin invested in the safety of team members by implementing dashcams. The purpose of dashcams are to protect our drivers while driving and improve off-site driving behaviors. All Citrin team members are required to use dashcams while operating vehicles.
  • All candidates are subject to a criminal background check and/or motor vehicle record check after a conditional offer is accepted.
Responsibilities
  • Patrol an assigned area by vehicle or on foot to ensure public compliance with existing parking ordinance
  • Patrol properties to maintain safety
  • Issue warnings and citations for illegally parked vehicles
  • Locate suspicious objects or vehicles
  • Communicate situation details to appropriate personnel
  • Observe and report hazardous conditions that need to be resolved
  • Make arrangements for illegally parked or abandoned vehicles to be towed, and direct tow-truck drivers to the correct vehicles
  • Enter and retrieve information pertaining to vehicle registration, identification, and status, using hand-held computers
  • Use databases to locate investigation details or other information
  • Maintain assigned equipment and supplies such as; Tools
  • Hand-held citation computers
  • Direct vehicle traffic in garage properties to reduce congestion
  • Assist motorists or pedestrians at assigned areas
  • Sweep up assigned areas
  • Take out the trash at assigned areas
