Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests and homeowners at the Welcome Center.
Process check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest transactions accurately.
Complete nightly accounting tasks, including balancing charges and reconciling revenue.
Enter and maintain accurate guest information in the property management system.
Answer questions, resolve concerns, and share information about Ranch activities and amenities.
Work with other departments to support guest needs and daily operations.
Work shifts typically scheduled from 2:45–11:15 p.m. or 12:45–10:15 p.m.; additional hours may be needed when events run late.
Cross-train in guest services and night audit duties; the employee will not be assigned to night audit every shift.

Summary
The Night Auditor supports guests and homeowners at Black Butte Ranch during overnight hours while completing the resort’s daily accounting. This role handles check-ins, check-outs, and guest questions; reconciles charges and revenue; and helps guests make the most of their stay.
